New Client Onboarding — $200 (One-Time Fee)Required for all new clients.1-hour assessment (preferably in person; video/phone available if needed)On Boarding Fee Includes:
● Movement screening● Goal discussion● Coaching and education during in-person assessment● Your first customized 4-week training program● Mobility routine based on assessment● Specific warm-up routine based on assessment● Program delivered within 1 week● Communication via text and email about your program.Onboarding is required before beginning any new training program so that I can program you the best I can to make getting started more than worth your time.Next 4 week cycle prices vary depending on which "Training Program" you chose to have me do for you. All programs run in 4-week cycles.

For athletes who want strength training coordinated with their sport schedule or offseason goals.● Strength program built around sport practices and competitions● Performance-focused programming● Coach coordination around training schedule● Athlete tracks sport workload with coachStudent Athlete Program — $125 / 4 Weeks
For middle school, high school, or college athletes.● Sport-specific strength development● Age-appropriate programming● Structured performance progressions● Must provide valid school ID for eligibility
Referral Program
Earn 25% off your next 4 week training cycle for each successful referral.Details:● Referral must complete onboarding with me for discount to be applied.● Referred person must complete successful onboarding with me for discount to apply.● Limit of 3 referral discounts per calendar yearFamily Training Incentive (Household Only)
Train together and build momentum as a household.Onboarding Savings● Two family members complete onboarding together● Combined onboarding fee: $250 total for both clients● Save $150 compared to individual onboardingMonthly Training Savings● Each client receives $25 off their monthly program● Discount applies to the first three 4-week training cycles only● Both clients must remain active for discount to apply
In-Person Training Sessions• $100 per hour — coach travels to client’s home or gym
• $60 per hour — client trains at coach’s location
● All programs run in 4-week cycles● Programs are manually renewed● Payment is due before each new cycle begins● Client notifies coach when ready to begin next cycle● No refunds or credits for completed weeks● Communication via text/email (not real-time coaching)● Private Exercise Video Demonstrations for every single assinged exercise by coach.● You will always have access to the program once you have paid for that 4 week cycle program.● Client can choose to not have another 4 week cycle programmed if they are not ready for changes to their past program.
